FastCGI support for Mono's ASP.Net

Mono xsp 本身只支持簡單的 HTTP 1.0 協定，並不支援 1.1，所以一般都會再利用 mod_mono 掛在 Apache 之下。現在除了可以掛在 Apache 之外，也可以掛在 lighttpd 之下了，因為在 Mono 1.2.6 將要提供 FastCGI 支援。
